HHA April, 2017: "Life in Hudson in the 1950s" by Molly Bubb Logan

Molly Bubb Logan shares a presentation of images and stories of living in Hudson in the 1950s, put together with her siblings, Marty and Hub. Hub went through the Hudson Times newspaper archives for photos, Marty made copies of the articles, and they put the presentation together along with family photos, and recollections of her husband, John Logan. She provides stories of childhood out in the country on Valley View Drive, downtown with the personalities of Hudsonites and merchants, along with images of snowfalls, businesses, streetscapes, and news of early neighborhood developments, reflecting the transition of Hudson from a quiet farming community to a more cosmopolitan suburban setting.
