Allison Stanger, author of "Whistleblowers: Honesty in America from Washington to Trump"

Allison Stanger spoke at the Hudson Library & Historical Society of the importance of whistleblowing in sustaining the American democracy. She analyzes a range of whistleblowing episodes, starting in 1778 when the law was established in response to the dismissal of Commodore Esek Hopkins in the Revolutionary War.
